4TQFlow
|
Maxen
uses, recommends and sells an Australian product called 4TQ Flow. This
user-friendly software package creates flow charts of procedures, events
and tasks. Consequently, printable Word documents and html files are
produced using specially designed Maxen templates and macros.
4TQFlow
has a series of internal structures that ensure your flowcharts are
logical and easy to read at all times.
This
is an excellent tool for mapping your processes or planning tasks. The
flowcharting icons allow you to create start and end points, yes/no
question gates and task boxes. To these items you can add performer and
owner controls, additional notes, cross references and comprehensive
introduction and summary information.
Version
control and rewrites are simple, and 4TQFlow produces ISO Compliant
documents.
Benefits
of 4TQFlow:
- Short
learning time – any person with a basic understanding of flowchart
symbols can be producing documents in minutes.
- Produce
a flowchart with any level of complexity – for basic checklist
flowcharts and complex technical charts 4TQFlow is the right tool.
- Simple
automatic chart drawing – 4TQFlow uses auto line drawing, turn
on/turn off grids and icon shading to ensure a consistent look and
feel across all charts no matter where or when the flowchart is
produced. For example, the auto line drawing is a drag and drop
connector that allows the user to connect parts of the chart without
any complex graphics – simply drag the point to where you want to
connect and 4TQFlow will connect the items with a standard directional
arrowhead.
- Version
control and auditing are easy – 4TQFlow collects author, owner,
creation and review dates.
- Interactivity
– you can link to external spreadsheets, documents and web pages
directly from your flowcharts.
